Gina Doss is an entrepreneur, sales expert, and coach based out of Dallas TX. She is the owner and CEO of Gina Doss Coaching & Consulting, LLC, Founder of My Coaching Society, and Creator of Retreat!

Gina's professional career can be measured in a span of +20 years. While still being a part of the workforce, Gina started her first business in 2018 as a certified life and certified health coach with a focus on connection. Passionate about the science of connection and engagement, becoming a coach helped her fuse human behavior, neuroscience, and psychology with business development practices and sales techniques. 

Her success has always been fueled by her passion to serve others in a way that comes off as sincere and meaningful as possible. Another important driver has been her strong intentionality when it comes to forming bonds and opportunities with creative individuals and innovators alike.

Throughout her career she's had the opportunity to help entrepreneurs, independent film studios, creative studios, videographers, independent recording artists, coaches, thought leaders, marketing experts, UX Design experts, and tech companies build, grow, and scale their businesses.
